At State Bicycle, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ride. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your box.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original shipping container to prevent damage during transit and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Our team will inspect the returned gear within 5-7 business days of receipt and issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange.
