To ensure safe transit, our bikes are shipped 85% assembled. We strongly recommend having a professional bicycle mechanic perform the final assembly and safety check to validate your warranty.
What is your return policy for bikes and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to bicycle returns, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
How do I know which frame size is right for me?
Each product page features a detailed size guide based on rider height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a more agile ride or sizing up for increased stability.
